May 31, 2016 | 2:48 PM

The Saskatchewan Roughriders are planning to end their tenure at the old Mosaic Stadium with a bang, and a party.

The team released its schedule for the official farewell season events on Tuesday, the same day single-game tickets went on sale.

There will be tributes to historic teams throughout the season, celebrating the teams and players who’ve played for the green and white.

The festivities launch before the first regular season game on June 30, with a pre-game Kickoff Party at the City Square Plaza and Victoria Park from noon to 4 p.m., with an alumni appearance from the early days of Mosaic Stadium.

The game on July 16 will pay tribute to the 50th anniversary of the 1966 Grey Cup Champions. George Reed and other members of the ‘66 team will be welcomed back to the stadium, including an autograph session with alumni.

On July 22 there will be a look back at the teams and players of the green and white in the 1970s. It will also be the last Lil’ Rider Cheer Day at the stadium.

August 13 will be a celebration of the team in the 1980s. There will be alumni at the game, and recognition of the 1989 Grey Cup Champions including “the kick” that won the game.

September 4 will be the last Labour Day Classic at the old Mosaic Stadium.

On September 24 the team will look back at the 2000s, including the winning team from the 2007 Grey Cup. Kent Austin, head coach of the Hamilton Tiger-Cats will also be welcomed back for a final game at Mosaic.

At the game against Montreal on October 22, the Riders will re-live the 2013 Grey Cup Championship win, including more appearances by Rider alumni.

The final regular season game to be played at the old Mosaic Stadium will be on October 29. The Riders said there will be an extended pre-game and expanded half-time show, along with on-field post-game celebrations.

Throughout the year there will be opportunities for fans to have on-field access, including pre and post-game access for a rotating group of ticket holders and randomly selected fans.
