UPDATE: Highway 4 south of M.L. re-opened

Highway 4 south of Meadow Lake has been re-opened after an approximate 10 minute closure.

The highway was closed after a pick-up truck swerved off the road and crashed into creek. Why the truck swerved is, of yet, unknown.

STARS air ambulance was initially dispatched for the single, male occupant of the vehicle but was called-off. The man was taken to Meadow Lake hospital.
