RCMP looking for ‘violent’ suspect

Meadow Lake RCMP are asking for the public’s help in locating a suspect.
Police are actively looking for 42-year-old Dennis Yew who is wanted for serious criminal offenses including assault and failing to comply with his conditions. Police say he is also the primary suspect in several property crimes in the area. Beyond his charges in the Meadow Lake area, he also faces outstanding charges in other detachment areas.
Anyone with information on Yew is asked to contact the Meadow Lake RCMP detachment or Crime Stoppers. In a media release, police caution that Yew is known to be violent and should not be approached.
Police advise Yew also uses his middle name, Brian, as an alias.
