Police searching for escaped inmate

RCMP are on the lookout after an inmate escaped from a funeral at Little Red River First Nation this afternoon.

Frederick Frank Frenchman, born 1993, escaped from custody while on escort from the Saskatoon Correctional Centre around 12:30 p.m.

He is described as 5’11” tall, 163 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He has a rosary tattooed on his left wrist and ‘F.F’ on his left hand.

He is serving a 1,048 sentence for aggravated assault, forcible confinement, and two breach of probation incidents.
