Kinsmen Ball Hockey

Kinsmen Club Ball Hockey Tourney.

Team and individual registration forms  are available for Kinsmen Ball hockey tournament on Saturday, September 10 and Sunday, September 11 at Westview Park in Meadow Lake.

Tournament is four on four, 16 team format with playoffs on Sunday, September 11.

Teams are nine members, eight players and one goalie. Tournament open to any age and can be mixed.

By registering for the tournament, players consent to not hold the Kinsmen Club, City of Meadow Lake or any other organizations involved with the tournament accountable for any injuries, lost or stolen property.

Team fees are $400.00 per team. Or $50.00 per individual and up to four teams will be reserved, comprised of individual registrants.

Top three teams will receive cash payout and bar tickets (if legal drinking age) for the Party in the Park with Armed with Harmony DJ. Winning team awarded the Sheldon Arlett Memorial Cup which the winning team can keep until Halloween, at which time, or prior to, it must be returned to the Kinsmen Club. By registering for the tournament and if awarded the Cup, the team agrees to be respectful of the trophy and agrees to replace the trophy if damaged in any way.  

All members receive coloured t-shirt to use as jerseys. All members must bring own sticks, gloves, mouth guards and other necessary equipment.
1st place: $400.00 plus round of drinks
2nd place: $200.00 plus round of drinks
3rd place: $100.00 plus round of drinks

Cheques can be made payable to Meadow Lake Kinsmen Club, cash is also accepted. Either can be given to club-member Evan Haubrich or tournament organizer Colton Swiderski.

All forms and registration fees must be submitted no later than August 26, 2016. Late registrations are subject to a $25 late fee for teams, $10 for individual registrants.  

A member, nominated as team captain must provide a phone number and/or email address to distribute schedules and confirmations to.
