Province reports 108 new cases of COVID-19, one new death
The Government of Saskatchewan is reporting 108 new cases of COVID-19 in the province.
The new cases in northern Saskatchewan are located in the Far North East (one), North West (eight), North Central (19), North East (two), and three new cases have pending residence information.
In total, 1,017 cases are considered active and 78,842 cases are considered recovered. Almost one-third (32.4 per cent) of new cases are in the age category of 11 or under. One-half (50.7 per cent) of new cases eligible for vaccination (aged 12 years and older) was fully vaccinated.
As of November 26, overall there have been 143 individuals hospitalized; including 102 inpatient hospitalizations, and 41 ICU hospitalizations. Of the 143 patients, 94 (65.7 per cent) were not fully vaccinated.
