Province reports 295 new cases and one death from COVID-19
Another 295 new cases of COVID-19 were reported today by the Saskatchewan government. This brings the provincial total to 42,695 cases; 39,954 recoveries and 2,239 cases are considered active.
Twenty-four cases tested out of province were added to the North West, seven; North Central, one; Saskatoon, five; Central West, one; Central East, two; Regina, four; South West, one; and South East, one. Two cases tested out of province are pending residence information.
One new death is reported today in the 70-79 age group from the South West zone.
The new cases in northern Saskatchewan are located in the following zones: Far North West, two; Far North East, five; North West, 33; North Central, 17; and North East, nine. Four new cases are pending residence information. Two cases with pending residence information have been assigned to the following zones: North West, one; and Regina, one.
