SHA shifting to self-screening at its facilities
The Saskatchewan Health Authority has started to move to self-screening at its facilities.
The SHA began the process Monday — the same day the last of the COVID-related public health measures in Saskatchewan was lifted. The goal is to have the self-screening process fully implemented by the end of March.
Upon arrival at an SHA facility, family members, support people and visitors will be asked to review three questions:
- Are you currently under federal orders to isolate/quarantine due to recent travel?
- Have you or someone in your household tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 10 days?
- In the last 24 hours, have you had any COVID-19 symptoms?
