Top spot secured for North Battleford’s Silvernagle rink
The Viterra Scotties Tournament of Hearts didn’t start well for Robyn Silvernagle’s rink, but the foursome is rocking and rolling.
The North Battleford based team reeled off seven straight victories during the provincial women’s curling championship in Melfort to conclude the round robin portion of the tournament with a 7-1 record.
Jolene Campbell, the team’s third, said they have no complaints about their performance so far.
“It’s been a great week. We’ve had a few hiccups here and there, but we’ve played through it and stuck together,” she told northeastNOW.
