Meadow Lake asking for feedback on business license bylaw

Meadow Lake businesses and residents will have an opportunity to offer their feedback to help the city review its business license bylaw.

The City of Meadow Lake is asking people to complete a survey on the bylaw and future proposals.

Saskatchewan NDP leader Ryan Meili is concerned about overall wait time delays across the province in emergency rooms and for surgeries.

New service will soon provide a safe ride home

CAA Saskatchewan drivers who are CAA members and need a little help getting home will soon be able to take advantage of a new CAA service available this fall with Ride Assist.

Members of many First Nations attended a conference in North Battleford Thursday to find out more about the benefits of getting involved in niche markets such as medical marijuana production and how it could create more economic opportunites for Indigenous people

N.B., Meadow Lake under air quality alert due to smoke from wildfires

Environment Canada has issued a special air quality alert Wednesday for the North Battleford area, and across Saskatchewan including Meadow Lake, due to smoke moving into the air.

The smoke in the atmosphere is causing poor air quality and reduced visibility.
