Nature: Good for Kids’ Mental Health

There’s growing evidence to support the idea that nature is good for kids’ overall mental health. 

A recent review found that children and youth who are immersed in the outdoors experience:

  • improved mental (as well as physical, social and cognitive) health
  • reduced stress levels
  • and more
