Nature conservancy group takes stock of Sask. species

Critters, plants and even birds- there was no species left out when a national conservation group spent the weekend cataloguing species.

The Nature Conservancy of Canada hosted a bioblitz with the help of volunteers on Saturday, July 9 at Nebo site, 70 km west of Prince Albert.

Police find cash, drugs in luggage after passenger makes threat at Saskatoon airport

A Saskatoon man is in police custody after a disturbance at the city's airport Friday morning.

The 51-year-old passenger was upset that his flight was not on time and made a reference to causing damage with explosives.

Six-week-old Nikosis Jace Cantre who was killed Sunday has his funeral this weekend

The funeral for Nikosis Jace Cantre is this weekend.
 
He was the six week old boy found beaten in his playpen.

Police reported officers found Cantre with injuries after responding to a call at a home on Waterloo Crescent around 7 a.m. on July 3.
