Ile a la Crosse RCMP investigating shooting incident

The Ile a la Crosse RCMP are currently investigating a shooting that occurred in Ile a la Crosse on January 19.
Officers responded to a call at a local hospital after receiving reports that an adult male has suffered a gunshot wound to the leg. Officials say the 36-year-old victim drove himself to the hospital after being shot outside of a residence in the city.
The man is currently being treated for non-life threatening injuries.
The incident remains under investigation, and the RCMP is asking anyone with information to report to the Ile a la Crosse RCMP at 306-833-6300 or Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
