Sanction Fee Requirements for 2016 Sanctioned Jackpots

Effective immediately –  Due to changes made by our insurance provider ALL jackpots sanctioned for 2016 will be required to send in a $15 sanction fee. 

This fee can be sent in to the SBRA office by PayPal or e-transfer to saskbarrelracing@gmail.com 

If sending by Post Office please allow for additional time in scheduling your jackpots as we cannot process the sanction without the payment.

Double header jackpots and multi-day events (ex: a weekend 2 day jackpot) will only be required to submit the $15 flat rate sanction fee. Qualifier “jackpots” with no payout will still have to submit the $15 fee as it is still an event sanctioned with the SBRA.

We are very sorry to have to implement this mid year however all the companies we deal with operate on a January – December year.  The letter below does provide us another option which can be discussed at the AGM and would provide individual insurance coverage.
