Live Well with Chronic Conditions

Prairie North Health Region is offering Live Well With Chronic Conditions programs in the following communities.

This program provides practical suggestions and support to build confidence in coping with the everyday challenges of a chronic condition. Groups of approximately12 participants are led by two trained Peer Leaders and meet for 2½ hours, once per week, for six consecutive weeks.  There is no cost for this program and it is offered year-round in various communities.

 In Meadow Lake these sessions are offered at Madill’s Drugs on Tuesdays from February 23 – March 29/16 from 1:00 – 3:30 pm.
