Clarification: Pennsylvania Congressman Indicted story

PHILADELPHIA — In a story Dec. 12 about the sentencing of former U.S. Rep. Chaka Fattah, The Associated Press reported that Fattah took a $1 million loan in 2007 from Sallie Mae’s chairman. The story should have made clear that the loan came from the student loan corporation’s chairman at the time, Albert Lord.
