Terri Clark dazzles crowd at Meadow Lake Arena
Terri Clark showed Meadow Lake why she is a class act and one of Canada’s brightest shining stars of country music this weekend.
Hundreds filled the floor seats at the the Meadow Lake Arena as Roger West, a country recording artist out of Ontario, shared a lively selection of his music with the crowd during his opening set. He had the crowd clapping along to his breakout song, ‘Turn me on’ among several others.
During the intermission, Terri Clark took the time to do a meet-and-greet with a number of her musical devotees. She chatted thoughtfully with each of them, signing autographs and taking pictures as well.
Among several other ecstatic fans, Clark met Rapid View’s Melissa ‘Moosh’ Klassen for the fifth time. This hometown Meadow Lake show was the tenth show for the local super fan, and the first time for her nephew Tayler. Clark dedicated her song ‘No Fear’ to Klassen, as she had the chance to hear about Klassen’s deep affinity for the song thanks to reading her story via Twitter. Clark said that the connections she makes with her fans is the entire reason she followed her life’s passion of singing and song writing all her life.
