Police say woman whose alleged abduction was caught on video is safe
RICHMOND HILL, Ont. — Police north of Toronto say a woman whose alleged abduction was caught on video has been found “in good health.”
York regional police have also identified a suspect they say is still at large, and is considered armed and dangerous.
The incident began early Thursday, when the 28-year-old woman knocked on the door of a home in the town of Richmond Hill, Ont.
Police say the door wasn’t answered, but a man emerged from a car parked on the street in front of the house, had an altercation with the woman and dragged her back to the vehicle by her hair.
