Police arrest second man in connection with alleged car dealership poisoning
TORONTO — Police say they have arrested a second man who allegedly filled a colleague’s water bottle with engine coolant at a BMW dealership.
Toronto police say they charged a 20-year-old man with attempted murder after he was arrested on an unrelated matter in Belleville on Friday.
Last week, police say a dealership employee took a sip from his bottle and realized it wasn’t water.
He then went to a pharmacy for treatment and then to a hospital where he was cleared of any ill effects.
