Police arrest 13-year-old after alleged threats against Montreal high school
DOLLARD-DES-ORMEAUX, Que. — Police say a 13-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with alleged online threats against a western Montreal high school.
Montreal police spokesman Benoit Boisselle says the accused is a student at the school and police are recommending he be charged with uttering threats.
He is expected in youth court at a later date.
Boisselle says police searched the teen’s home today but didn’t find any weapons or explosives.
