Sask. Rush offers financial aid to tornado victims with damaged RVs
The Saskatchewan Rush Lacrosse Club is offering financial aid to campers whose recreational vehicles were damaged by the weekend tornadoes in Meadow Lake Provincial Park (MLPP).
The Rush will pay up to $1,000 on the insurance deductible to each family looking to replace their damaged RV.
“They just need to fill in their contact information along with a proof of loss and then we will contact them and make the arrangements to get the cheque out to them,” Andrea Glieheisen, VP of marketing for the Rush, explained.
Glieheisen said she contacted Trevor Finlay, MLPP park manager, to find out who was affected by the tornado at the Murray Doell campground.
