Giant Tiger staff gearing up for grand opening

Giant Tiger in Meadow Lake is ready to have its grand opening this Saturday.

Everyone in the community is invited to the ribbon-cutting ceremony and to take part in the launch of the new store. Keynote speakers including the mayor of Meadow Lake will be there to unveil the retail giant to the community.

Lots of great deals are to be had along with face painting and fun activities for kids. There will also be a $5 gift card offered to the first 50 customers.

Store Manager Fiona Redden said store staff have worked hard to prepare for the opening and are looking forward to serving the community.

The ribbon cutting ceremony will begin at 7:30 a.m. followed by the store’s grand opening at 8 a.m.
