Quarantine Workout Day 12: Not Out of Stock Thighs
This particular workout isn’t so hard. You’re focusing on your inner thighs. I think I have pretty thick thighs… like they could be toned more. But, I’ve never had a problem working them out until we got quarantined!
Without all of those useful machines at the gym, it can be hard to target specific muscles. I decided to through in some hill work to add to my leg pain today.
If you find yourself sitting on the couch more and notice that your thighs are getting in the way… then this workout is for you girl!
Don’t worry if you didn’t add anything extra into this workout and you feel like it wasn’t enough, even after four rounds, because tomorrow is a total body workout with all of the best exercises to maximize your time.
