Culture Days in Duck Lake

The Duck Lake – Regional Interpretive Centre is celebrating Saskatchewan Cultural Days starting Friday September 25th.

In honor of 2020 marking the 150th anniversary of the Métis Nation joining the Canadian Federation, the Duck Lake RIC is having a BBQ and open admission on Friday, September 25th.

Free Admission from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm – come and check out the Métis history at the museum and the Art Work of Métis artist Michael Gaudet in our gallery.

BBQ Hamburgers and Hot Dogs will be served from 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm – Hamburgers are 5$ and Hot Dogs are 3$

Live music by the Hometown Girls will start 5:30 pm and run till 7:30 pm.

Fireworks will occur at dark (estimate 8:00 pm)

Come and join us to celebrate this important part of Canadian history that is worthy of recognition and cause for celebration.
