Province reaches over 4,000 active COVID-19 cases
Another resident in their 80s from the province’s South zone has died after testing positive for COVID-19. With seven deaths, December is already Saskatchewan’s second deadliest month of the pandemic just three days in.
There are now over 4,000 active COVID-19 cases in Saskatchewan — a new record.
There are 259 new cases of COVID-19 to report in Saskatchewan on December 3, 2020, bringing the provincial total to date to 9,244 cases.
The new cases are located in the Far North West (nine), Far North East (one), North West (21), North Central (20), North East (two), Saskatoon (50), Central West (three), Central East (three), Regina (112), South West (21), South Central (10) and South East (six) zones and one new case has pending residence information.
