Several warrants out for Big River FN man’s arrest, Big River RCMP asking for public’s help

UPDATE: RCMP reported March 5, Ryan Lachance was arrested without incident by Big River RCMP on March 4 and will appear in Prince Albert Provincial Court on March 8 at 9:30 am.

Big River RCMP are asking for the public’s help in finding 25-year-old Ryan Lee Lachance from the Big River First Nation.

Lachance has several warrants out for his arrest for various alleged firearms offences and aggravated assault from the summer of 2020 up until Christmas Eve, all of which happened on the Big River First Nation.

Lachance is described as being 5-10, weighing around 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen by Big River RCMP on Dec. 24, 2020, on the Big River First Nation, where he is known to frequent.

Anyone who may have seen Ryan Lee Lachance or has information regarding his whereabouts is asked to contact the Big River RCMP by calling 306-469-2590 or their local police service. Information can also be submitted anonymously to Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers by calling 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or submitting a tip online here.
