Province extends public health orders to April 12
Cases of COVID-19 continue to climb as the Saskatchewan government extends health orders to April 12. After that time, the government will once again review the orders. They also recommend keeping Easter celebrations virtual this long weekend and to abide by all public guidelines.
As of March 30, there are 164 new cases of COVID-19 to report in the province. This brings the provincial total to 33,399 cases; 31,023 recoveries and 1,942 cases still considered active.
One Saskatchewan resident who tested positive for COVID-19 has died. The death was reported in the 80+ age group from the Central East zone.
