Looks like Northern Saskatchewan got the better side of the winter storm yesterday. Although the area has icy roads and walkways that do need to be respected. With roads closed including HWY # 11 between Saskatoon and Regina. Or the even Trans Canada Highway from the Alberta border to Regina. SaskPower said there were over 100 outages resulting in 14,500 customers without power in sections of the province. The Saskpower Outage Centre has fielded over 9,000 calls Crews are working hard to restore power to as many customers as possible as quickly as possible, as long as conditions allow. For updates and to report new outages you can go to their website saskpower.com, Twitter, or call is 310-2220
