Moderna walk-in clinic running in Meadow Lake Community Centre

Jun 18, 2021 | 6:29 PM

The Saskatchewan Health Authority is hosting a walk in clinic for residents who would like to receive their first or second dose of the Moderna vaccine.

The Meadow Lake Community Centre (420 3rd Street East) will play host to this vaccination effort on Saturday, June 19, as well as June 21-22. The clinic will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

All that is required to receive the vaccine is a valid piece of identification or a health card. The public is advised to not attend the clinic if they are already experiencing symptoms of COVID-19.

All residents over the age of 12 are eligible for their first dose right now. The province is reminding residents that all public health restrictions will be lifted in mid-July once 70 per cent of residents over the age of 12 have received their first dose of a vaccine.
