Police bomb squad investigating call at east Regina Superstore

The Regina Police Service’s bomb squad currently is at the Superstore in the 2000 block of Prince of Wales Drive after getting a report there may be an explosive device in or around the building.
According to a media release, the call came in at about 10:50 a.m. The business was evacuated, as was the adjacent parking lot.
Just before 3:30 p.m., police advised they were closing the eastbound and westbound lanes of Victoria Avenue from Prince of Wales Drive to Quance Gate and Eastgate Drive to all vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
