Rural robbery by Meadow Lake under investigation

Meadow Lake RCMP are investigating a rural theft where numerous valuable items were taken, including a motorboat.

Police received a call on Sunday regarding a break and enter to the property east of Meadow Lake. A residence and outbuildings were damaged in addition to the theft of several items, which included a trailer, motorcycle, hot tub, old sewing machines and several tools.

The most significant item taken is the motorboat. It’s described as a rare 1984 Targa with a red trailer, with a serial number of NS0F0020M840.

Officers from the Meadow Lake RCMP detachment are continuing to investigate the incident, with the assistance of North Battleford RCMP Forensic Identification Services. Police are also asking the public to assist by providing any information that could help the investigation.
