Born and raised in the East Coast of Canada, country singer/songwriter Brooke Macarthur has started the new year on a high note by releasing a new single, “Nobody Knows” and performing with the opening act for Brett Kissel in PEI. From starting out singing at local talent shows at the age of 12 to performing at large events, like Cavendish Beach Music Festival and Rock the Boat, Brooke has mastered the ability to captivate a crowd with her unique sound and strong stage presence.
Her love for songwriting started in her late teens, writing relatable lyrics that speak about the truths in relationships while being inspired by artists like Taylor Swift and Shania Twain. Brooke has collaborated with talented songwriters in Nashville and Calgary and has been working with the talented CCMA award winning producer, Jason Barry. With great momentum and more music on the way, Brooke is excited for all that 2023 has to bring.
