Police searching for wanted man who frequents Meadow Lake area

UPDATE: On May 11, RCMP conformed that Anthony Maurice was found and arrested.

Members of the RCMP’s Warrant Enforcement and Suppression Team (WEST) are asking for the public’s help in finding a 26-year-old man.

Anthony Maurice is wanted by Correctional Service of Canada and the Saskatoon Police for being unlawfully at large. He was last known to be residing in Saskatoon.

He’s described as 6-1 and 200 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes with a tattoo that says “Maurice” on his right forearm and another that says “Ajay” on his left wrist.

He may be in either Saskatoon or Meadow Lake areas.

Maurice may be armed and should not be approached. If you see him or have information on his whereabouts, you are urged to contact your local police service. You can reach your local detachment by calling 310-RCMP. You can also submit information anonymously to Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
