Meadow Lake teens missing since last night

UPDATE: RCMP confirmed on Thursday that the teens have been found.

RCMP from Meadow Lake are looking for two missing 15-year-olds.

Officers say that Savannah Burnouf and Lyndon Nelson were last seen on September 5 at about 3:40 pm on Fifth Street in Meadow Lake. They were reported missing around 9 pm.

Police have been checking places they are known to go but are now asking the public to report any sightings or information on where they might be.

Savannah is described as approximately 5-7 and 130 pounds. She has short red hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, grey jeans, black and white Vans shoes and a grey and brown backpack.

Lyndon Nelson is described as approximately 6-0 tall and 190 pounds. He has medium-length black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing black pants and a black T-shirt with a red graphic on it.

Investigators believe Savannah and Nelson are together. They may be travelling to Alberta, but this can’t be confirmed.
