An interesting cocktail from Lucky Bastard Distillery.

White Christmas Mojito

1/2oz. Lime Juice

4 Mint Leaves

1oz. Lucky Bastard Coconut Lime Vodka

3/4oz. Cream of Coconut

Soda

In a shaker add ice, lime juice, vodka, and cream of coconut. Shake well and dirty dump into collins glass. Top with soda. Slap mint and place into glass. Garnish with pomegranate and or sugared cranberries.
