Icy roads and bare condition stretches across N.B. and M.L.

Highways in North Battleford, Meadow Lake, and the surrounding areas are partially covered in ice and snow, with some sections experiencing pavement frost and ice. However, as of Christmas Eve morning, most roads are still bare and dry.
