Ottawa will host what organizers call the largest-ever free outdoor watch party for a Canadian soccer game at the Bluesfest site at LeBreton Flats on Saturday. The event is for Canada’s World Cup round-of-16 match against Morocco, with gates opening at 11 a.m. before the 1 p.m. kickoff. Admission is free, with four big screens, surround sound and capacity capped at 20,000.
