Sportsman of the Year Celebrity Dinner

Stanley Cup Champion and former Canadiens Captain Guy Carbonneau will be the featured guest speaker for the Ninth Annual Kinsmen Sportsman Dinner. Sportsnet’s Ken Reid will also attend as the evening’s Master of Ceremonies.

The legendary Guy Carbonneau is a three-time Stanley Cup winner, former Canadiens Captain, broadcaster, and former NHL head coach. In 1989–90, he was named the Captain of the Canadiens, and led them to his second Stanley Cup win in 1992–93 against Wayne Gretzky and the Los Angeles Kings.

This year’s Kinsmen Sportsman Dinner will take place on Saturday, November 5^th in the Ches Leach Lounge at the Art Hauser Centre where the Kinsmen Male and Female Athletes of the Year and Sportsperson of the Year will be honoured.

The evening will include a live and silent auction as well as other games and opportunities for great prizes to be won. All proceeds raised through this charity fundraiser will benefit the Prince Albert Raiders Education Fund and “Our Community’s Greatest Needs” through the Kinsmen Club of Prince Albert.

Tickets for the Ninth Annual Kinsmen Sportsman Dinner can be purchased at both the Raider Office at the Art Hauser Centre and from the Kinsmen Club of Prince Albert.
