Natural gas rates dropping in Sask.
The Government of Saskatchewan approved rate changes for natural gas.
Starting Nov. 1, customers will see an overall decrease of nearly two per cent a month, or $15 annually to their heating bills.
This follows a decrease of $53 annually, which came into effect Jan. 1, 2016.
“When you add the savings from earlier this year to the latest decrease, residential customers will see their natural gas bill shrink by 68 per cent annually,” said Dustin Duncan, the minister responsible for SaskEnergy.
