There will be a free LiveWell with Chronic Conditions workshop
- COOP Pharmacy- Meadow Lake
- Thursdays Sept. 8 – Oct. 20, 2016
- 1:00 – 3:30 pm.
LiveWell with Chronic Conditions is a workshop aimed at providing information and tools to help you manage your chronic condition.
Discussions occur around goal setting (Action Plans), communication, dealing with difficult emotions, decision making and problem solving.
