While ride are free, donations are accepted with all money raised staying in the community for youth programs.

“If somebody doesn’t have money we’ll gladly drive them home, it’s all about safety,” Fontin said.

In 2015, Operation Red Nose provided 929 rides in the province with help from 634 volunteers.

Anyone willing to volunteer can fill out a form online, so long as they have one day available during the campaign.
