Drivers urged to proceed with caution on slippery roads

If you’re planning a trip, you might want to rethink your routes.
According to the provincial Highway Hotline, freezing rain has changed to light snow and has led to hazardous conditions in many parts of central and southern Saskatchewan today, Feb. 19.
Prince Albert area roads are subject to icy and slippery spots, as well as reduced visibility due to fog.
The hotline advises caution when travelling to either Meadow Lake or La Ronge but recommends not travelling to North Battleford.
