Karen Francis Mirasty, daughter of Pastor Frank & Neva Mirasty passed away on December 17, 2018 at Meadow Lake Hospital at the age of 59 years.

She is lovingly remembered by her family: Parents Frank & Neva; children: Charmaine Mirasty, Jason Mirasty, Kimberly Mirasty, Kyle Lambert (Kim) MacDonald, adopted daughter Kerrie Gladue; grandchildren: Jason Jr. Mirasty, Connor Mirasty, Tiah Mirasty, Lucas Mirasty, Kylie Mirasty, Noah Mirasty; great grandchild Bentley Mirasty; Brothers; Darryl Mirasty, Gary Mirasty, Rico (Marcia) Mirasty; sisters Helen (Larry) Lizotte, Linda (Edward) Delorme, Sandra (Robert) Fiddler, Sheila Lambert, Patricia (Will) Main, Giselle (Brent) Mirasty; adopted sister Charlene Mazerolle; numerous nieces & nephews; many other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her grandparents: Mary Kiskatagan & Andrew Peyachaw, James & Floristine Mirasty, Narcisse Mirasty & Philomine Sangrey; brother Ronald Andrew Mirasty; nephews Jamie Lafromboise & Chad; niece Crystal. 

The Funeral Service was held on Friday, December 21, 2018 at 1:00 pm and the Meadow Lake Civic Centre officiated by Rev. Brian Arcand. 

The Eulogy was read by Marcia Mirasty.  Honorary Pallbearers were Celina Matchewe, Brian & Chris Arcand, Jim & Brenda Norman, Flying Dust Nurses, Flying Dust Homecare Staff, Gabriel Malbeuf, Corrine Potts, Brenda Bear, and all those who knew and loved her.  Interment was held at the Flying Dust Cemetery.  

Arrangements were entrusted to John Martens at Martens Warman Funeral Home (306-934-4888).
