19 new COVID-19 cases, 15 of which from Saskatoon
The Saskatchewan Health Authority is reporting 19 new cases of COVID-19 on Saturday—15 of which are from Saskatoon. The other four are split between Regina and Central East.
Of the Saskatoon cases, 13 are linked to known cases or events, while the other two are being investigated.
There are now 1,863 total reported cases, 134 of which are considered active.
Eight people are in hospital. Eight people are receiving inpatient care; seven of those are in Saskatoon, one is in the South Central zone.
