Saskatchewan is one of the “coldest places in the world”

Saskatchewan is one of the coldest places in the world, right up there with Russia. Hard to believe a week ago we were near zero and melting snow!

Extreme cold warnings from the weekend are being felt all over for areas north of Kindersley, Outlook, Humboldt, Kamsack, and their surrounding regions, all the way up to the border of the Northwest Territories.

From where I’m sitting no cold records were broken but we came pretty close!

To look on bright side though, it’s still the coldest in Russia.
