UPDATE: 29-year-old missing from Onion Lake; RCMP looking for assistance

UPDATE: Onion Lake RCMP confirmed Monday morning that Spensor Belly has been found safe.

Spensor Belly, 29, was last seen around 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 24 at a residence on Onion Lake Cree Nation.

Belly was reported missing on Oct. 29 and the Onion Lake RCMP are asking for assistance from the public.

He was picked up by an unknown person in an SUV from the residence, stated the RCMP, and has not been seen or heard from by friends or family.

Belly is known to be frequent in the Edmonton area. However, investigators have not confirmed if this is where he may be.

Spensor is described as being 5-9, 100 pounds with blond, possibly now black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a long black coat, jeans and brown boots. Photos of Spensor are attached. His family and police are concerned for his well-being.

RCMP are requesting any who knows the whereabouts of Belly or have information his disappearance to contact the Onion Lake RCMP at 306-344-5550, 310-RCMP in non-emergencies, 911 in an emergency, or report a tip to Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-8477.
