Coast 2 Coast Closeup – Maddie Corinne

Maddie Corinne is a Canadian country artist born and raised in Pickering, Ontario. She has been working on her craft since she was twelve, sang many sold-out shows to her stuffed animals, you know the drill. Fast forward a bit with influences like James Taylor , Jewel , Dolly , Maren and more – she has been working on her own music, as well as penning songs for other Canadian artists for the last few years.

Zoning in as a strict lyricist for many years, Corinne is excited to jump into 2022 with a solo project of her own. Working with CMAO-nominated producer Shawn Moore , she is excited to finally showcase her own sound in her own words. Corinne does not just make country music – she literally eats, sleeps, breathes country.

Whether she is writing her songs alone in her bedroom with her guitar, bringing those songs to life in the studio, or working on a farm in small-town Ontario as her day job, she is surrounded by country. Her work at a family-owned farm has helped her lay down her roots, find home, and give live performances opportunities to local artists with the perfect outdoor country music venue.
