RCMP investigate suspicious death in Pelican Narrows

There are still more questions than answers regarding a man’s death Saturday night in Pelican Narrows.

According to an RCMP news release, a man was rushed to the Pelican Narrows Health Center, July 9. He was unsresponsive at the time of his intake and attempts to resuscitate him failed. He was declared dead soon after. 

The Office of the Chief Coroner, Major Crimes Unit South, and members of the Prince Albert and Saskatoon General Investigation Sections are currently assisting Pelican Narrows with the investigation.

An autopsy has been tentatively scheduled in Saskatoon later this week.
