Wayne is lovingly survived by:
His beloved wife, Margaret Spofford, and his two daughters, Jenny McCallum and Erin Spofford. He was a proud grandfather to Myah McCallum and Lennon McCallum. He is also mourned by his siblings, Nancy Reville and Bev Reville, as well as many sisters- and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, and cherished friends.

He was predeceased by:
His parents, Viola and Herman Spofford, and by his siblings Frances Bickerstaff, Dan Spofford, Harry Spofford, Marjorie Rippin, Charlie Spofford, Elaine Lawyer, and Hartley Spofford.
