Residence hit by truck, driver flees scene in Meadow Lake

A residence in Meadow Lake was struck by a vehicle on Sunday.

RCMP responded to a complaint on the city’s west side, where a dark coloured truck had struck a residence, and then fled the scene. A vehicle with matching damage was found abandoned a short distance away.

RCMP requesting public's help following string of Break and Enters

The Meadow Lake RCMP is looking for the public’s help in connection to a string of break and enters in mid-November. 

On November 17, at approximately 12:40 p.m., the RCMP was notified of several break and enters on Industrial Crescent and on Highway 4. Small items were taken.

Pedestrian struck in Meadow Lake

RCMP continue to investigate after a pedestrian was hit on Highway 4 in Meadow Lake.

Meadow Lake RCMP said they received a report of a collision between a vehicle and a pedestrian Tuesday morning. There were no street lights in the area, and the sky was still dark, they said.
